Homemade churro bites filled with Nutella, a sweet treat perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Pipe small balls of dough into hot oil, frying until golden brown.
- Remove churro bites and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churro bites in the mixture.
- Fill each churro bite with Nutella using a piping bag.
Notes
- Allow the dough to cool slightly before adding eggs.
- Adjust frying temperature as needed to prevent burning.
